What is there to be surprised about when it’s so difficult to find our true selves, when the search stops at external factors? When the whole world echoes false guides and confuses us.
This is all about individuality. Many may ask, why is it so important to be yourself?
You might ask — what do systemic orders have to do with you? Why does all this matter at all? Or perhaps you think you have nothing — no uniqueness, no talent, no peculiarities demanding attention, calling to be expressed, motivating you to reject common rules and ideas in favor of some inner growth.
But imagine, even for a moment, that it’s not so. Create an alternative space where your uniqueness lives and manifests itself successfully. It may not appear as society, your loved ones, or your partner expect. But it exists. It is neither better nor worse than others who have found themselves. But it is yours.
Now take a deep breath, absorbing everything that troubles you at this moment, about this or that topic, and exhale, stepping out of the human “box.” Repeat several times if necessary — as many as you need. Relax. Release the tension in your body. Feel every part of it, gently and softly scanning it with a loving inner gaze. Continue to breathe deeply and slowly.
Everything is as it should be. Stay in this moment. Here, it is safe. This is an alternative reality you can always close if it becomes uncomfortable.
Take a moment to listen to what I have to say. You are wonderful. Your experience is unique. Your feelings, your emotions — they are precious. And you have something to say to this world. More than that — the world longs for your authentic expression. It truly wants you to be as you are inside, to reveal your inner perspective, to free yourself from everything that binds, limits, and diminishes your inner being.
I am not speaking to your ego here. I am not telling you to be more active, more showy, or brighter. I am not saying that your efforts are insufficient. No. Slow down. I am addressing your Soul. You. Because you are it. It carries the code of your unique frequency, vibration, color, and sound — unique, yours, and no one else’s. It is always here, quietly whispering loving guidance. It is never about showing off. It is about honesty, sincerity, transparency. First and foremost — with yourself.
I admit, it may not be pleasant to realize that everything you once identified with might not actually be you. Yet I sincerely believe — as I have experienced myself many times — that everything arrives in its own time, for you and about you. And if you are reading these lines, if they have found you, it means something inside you has drawn this experience to you. Perhaps you know what I mean, having been through it. Or perhaps you are just at the beginning of the journey. But hear me — this is not a competition. Even here, the ego may intervene. And even here, you will need to calm yourself and say — everything will come at the right time. Do not rush the process, or you risk harming yourself, tearing out a root, leaving nothing to plant in its place. It is like the ripening of a fruit inside an egg-shaped shell. If you artificially crack it, you may disrupt natural processes and merely kill the fruit — your true self, maturing in its own rhythm, gaining strength and size. You will never be late if you remain faithful and tolerant to yourself, not rushing events or your part in them — but simply trusting.
I love the example of the onion. I imagine it now, before all your eyes — countless layers, tightly fitting together. At the center lies a small core. That is you. The real you. Everything else is superficial, not yours. It may seem to protect you, identify you, or validate you in the world, but alas, it does not. These layers must be removed carefully, one by one, unhurriedly, with understanding, and only when you are ready internally.
Because only in this way can we be truly happy. And here we must draw a line, understanding the difference between being happy from external toys and conveniences — which cannot bring genuine joy, though many continue to identify themselves with them. True happiness comes from within. When you feel at peace with yourself, when you feel engaged in what you love. Not because it is prestigious, not to win the love of others, not to prove to the world what you are worth. But simply because you love it.
And even if its scale is small — that does not mean there is no abundance — you are happy.
And know this: from your authenticity, the world and reality are shaped. Not the other way around.
The external cannot influence the internal.
The internal can create the external.
The world is our reflection. The world is energy, and the most faithful laws are quantum. Hence the idea: you are the Creator of your life, not its slave. You may choose to believe otherwise, see yourself as powerless, and delegate your choices to others. But you can never kill the real, the true within. It will continue to gently remind you of what matters — of you. Even if you must wander, get lost, despair, sink to the very bottom — once, twice, perhaps more — it will still wait for you, never abandoning you because you ignored it or were “not enough.”
No.
But consider — is it worth waiting? Wearing tight, uncomfortable clothing day after day.
You could, of course.
But is it worth it?
You can run from this, close your eyes, plug your ears. Because it’s easier. Because many people live this way. Because it seems less problematic. But it will not make you feel lighter. Especially if you are ready to step into this now, or have long been ready, tired of the external, but still afraid. And that is okay. Do not scold yourself. Just relax. If these words resonate, perhaps your moment has arrived.
Time to act.
Time to move into the new.
Time to go inward, to get to know yourself, your true self.
Most people have no idea what lies within. Who they really are. And it is not a beast to be tamed inside; it is your power, seeking acceptance and freedom. It calls to you, knowing what you are capable of. It remembers everything, even if you have forgotten, and it is eager, truly eager to share it with you — your beauty, your light, your vibration.
